ChitChatBot is a free, independent browser extension. By installing or using it, or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

As is, no promises

ChitChatBot is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind. We don't promise that it will work, work without errors, or keep working. It can change, break or be removed at any time, including when Kick, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok or your browser change how they work.

Translations can be wrong

Translations are automatic. They can be inaccurate, miss slang or jokes, or change the meaning of a message. Don't rely on them for anything important. Check what you send before you send it. You are responsible for every message you post, including messages that were translated for you.

Platform rules

ChitChatBot is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Kick, Twitch, YouTube or TikTok. You are responsible for following their rules and the law when you use it. We are not responsible for any action a platform takes against your account, channel or content.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, ChitChatBot or this website. That includes lost messages, lost viewers, lost income, account actions, and any indirect or consequential damage. Where the law doesn't allow a limit, the limit applies only as far as the law permits.

Support payments

Support payments are voluntary gifts made through Stripe. They don't buy any feature, service or promise, and ChitChatBot stays usable without them.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use ChitChatBot after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@chitchatbot.stream
